WHOLESALE TERMS

Approved retailers may sell Boho Mango products in their physical stores and/or online stores as part of other products they sell from other brands. 

RESTRICTIONS: 

You may not sell Boho Mango products on Amazon, Etsy,  EBay or similar e-commerce platforms.

The total value of the order must be a minimum of $100. 

A valid State Resale License or Federal Tax ID (EIN) number must be on file to order.

All wholesale order payments must be made through our website. We accept all major credit cards. Payment is due in advance of shipping any order.

All orders are shipped USPS with tracking. Cost is calculated at checkout.

We can create custom designs of collars and/or bracelets with a minimum order of 25 units per customized item. 

Retailer online price advertising and sales pricing cannot be less than BohoMango.com minimum pricing (with the exception of promotional prices). 

Digital images, logos and other assets as shown at Bohomango.com are available via download to all retail partners. These are for online promotional use only and only to be displayed with Boho Mango products. Custom retail displays will be made available in future.

Except for damaged or defective items, all sales are final. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If items are somehow damaged during shipping or are defective in any way, Boho Mango will either extend a full credit or replace the item.

CONDITIONS
Must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Damage reports must include a digital photo and original packing slip. All damage reports should be submitted to support@bohomango.com.
