HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR DOG’S COLLAR SIZE
Your best friend’s collar ought to be snug but not too tight and not too loose either. You should be able to slide two fingers under the collar.
– Use a seamstress tape measure and pull the tape snug but not tight. (If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string.)
– Allow sufficient room to slip two fingers between the collar and the dog’s neck. Or you can measure his neck and add two inches.
MEASUREMENT TIP: Best not to take the measurement from their current collar. It’s safest just to measure their neck and get a perfect fit.
